Hah! Beat youse all. As I'm the oldest fart here (at 78 years and proud of it!) I will admit I had my first lassi in 1974. You reckon it might have been a bung lassi? Is the pope a catholic? Do bears shit in the woods ..... geeesh ..... man ....

Oh yes. I've had many lassies, speshul, bung, and otherwise.

I've actually got that same Charmaine book too. Her Sri Lankan chicken curry in the book has been a crumpii fave for years.

Oh me Gord. There is a speshul lassi place in Bombay.....Dipti's....that's it !!! The back door is rather busy for some reason...always a big line

Yep i know. Will work on the pic uploading through the year. However, you will find a Sri lankan chicken curry recipe in the book. mint or coriander were optional last minute additions. Can't find the bloody book now......

p.s. Being yer generally basic, dopey bloke, i follow the recipes in her book to a tee, and they always knock me socks orf. Makes me look like a bloke who can cook too. And we know where that leads......
