Yes, Happy, referred to the lawyer today. But given that boy has obviously handed over his card and PIN number to her, and that she is his mother after all, I doubt whether there is much come-back in financial terms.

Presumably she knew what the terms of use were for that sum of money, and she has defied that. You have a paper trail to prove where the money was spent. She has also deceived and disadvantaged her son. What a bitch.

Sorry, had to get locust from sport....had a lovely catchup with Sunny this afternoon, as Mr Sunny's surgery got backed up....he is staying in overnight so we hope to catch up before visiting hours tomorrow....will see what work brings me tomorrow am! Funny Nicey I almost typed that when I said hello earlier...

Bridge I'm freaking out now, what happens if FIL carks it and turns up here as some sort of spirit rubbing around my legs???

Also, on burpage...the young boys who live next door seem to love to burp when I'm in the shower...I feel like saying 1. I have three boys - you arent letting me hear anything I havent heard and 2. Pussies, when I drank, my burps were WAY louder! I figure this could be exercising my competitive spirit a bit much you think?

Oh and DONT believe Sunny when she says shes fat...she looks pregnant and that is that...and she DID look tired but she had been up since before the sparrows even thought about doing anything to get up here and had been waiting with Mr Sunny since 6 to get in....I think thats the extent of my dibby dobbing...but will think of more gossip...

Yep. But massaging our sense of outrage and unfairness wont help boy settle in to his school and actually that is the highest priority at the moment. So we are turning the other cheek for now .......... but not without (a) lodging what has happened with lawyers (b) venting on a regular basis and (c) sharpening the voodoo doll needles.

Mr B and I had a discussion about powerlessness tonight ...... and how just keeping on keeping on, sticking one foot in front of the other, is sometimes the best strategy - however much you feel like giving up or walking away.

So if your solicitor takes her to task on this, it will be repeated to the boy with her own connotations added?
