            Morning Undies!!! back from yoga, and yes it is raining again, wish I could get the rainwater tank rigged but we've got to scrub it out first and I've got to work so no go...no update on chookies as the locusts woke up to do egg duty as I left and then went back to bed so I have to wait for them to update the xcel spreadsheet....further news on that later...

            Urgent alert - chook eggs have chook poo and dirt on them so FIL will not be eating anything we make with them....

                    Mmm and this did too, my yoga teacher commented today on how much my knee seems to have improved and how much stronger I am.....personally I reckon this is because I am grog free and not wobbleybooted the next day or even 2 or 3 days after having a few...

                        Morning all

                        Feeling better today but the shame will linger for a little while yet.

                        Is FIL planning on eating the shells? My shop bought ones come with bits of stuff stuck to them......I guess that proves their free-range organic status.

                        Insurance will cover if the damage is caused by impact but not by lighting. So far no luck on the tradie front......as soon as I mention repair work they are not interested.

                            Ella - shame is not something that you should be feeling. Shame is about feeling that you are the problem. You aren't - alcohol is the problem. It is a drug and it is addictive.

                              me too Happy!! But I have also been doing lots of squats (including squats wth a beach ball between my knees :H:H) and lunges and various other things recommended by my osteopath!!

                                Rags - are you around at the end of March? Have a wedding invite in Sydney ....... looks a bit posh for me, but it is family and I thought if I could get cheap flights and accommodation I might come and impose on you for a day and a night.
