Hi folks. Been an awful last few days. Don't have the energy for details now but wanted to say hello. MB-- hope you feel better soon-- and Georgie-- I am thinking of you with the echo etc. Did I recall you are doing Jenny Craig? How is that going if so. Okay - my turn for trouble. My 25 year old just came over in floods of tears - she is best friends with two sisters - one of them her age - 26 next Tuesday - well, she (the one who is 26 next Tuesday) has gone missing - for 5 hours now. She texted her mum all her bank details, also said that she didn't want (3 names entered here) to come to her services. She has closed her facebook account, switched off her phone, is VERY depressed. the police are looking for her but have no idea even where to start! Oh gosh - as my daughter said "the waiting is SO hard!" Don't people know what they DO to folk when they do things like this? I hurt so much for my daughter - she lost another friend last year to a car accident. Now to have to wait and see what is going to happen here? OMG Please everyone - pray for my daughters friend........

MY GOD! Is there something going on with the world I'm not aware of, that's causing all these heartaches?? Sunny, your poor daughter, the girl's poor parents! There's nothing to say, really, to your daughter, just be there and comfort her. Young people, even older people, don't understand the pain they bring into the world when they do things like this. She's added to my prayer list tonight, and I only hope she decides she really does want to live, that things can be fixed, and this all turns out in a way she can get the help she needs. For your child, there's nothing to do but wait, unless she can think of ANY place her friend might be, and for you to just offer quiet love and comfort.
If we live long enough, unfortunately these things touch us. I'm just so sorry your daughter is facing this now. Just let us know.sigpic
