Hi everyone. back from work. One more day - day 5 then just tomorrow then i get a day off - thank goodness.
Georgie - have you tried just ignoring it? You are just feeding him what he wants. It obviously isn't working what you are doing....... so try ignoring it - and do not let it get to you - it doesn't you any good and won't make any difference in 6 months time. YOU cannot change HIM. Think how hard it is to change yourself - so there is no way that you can change anyone else - you have to accept that that is the way he is - and change the way that you deal with it. Hard I know - but otherwise you are going to give yourself an ulcer!! Just my tuppence worth for what it is worth....:l

Hopeful........I got two that I wish would go back to college....It'll be the end of the month for my two. My oldest will be going into his Internship at a high school and a Jr.High in Baltimore county. ( Two more semesters till he gets his Teaching Certificate) Daughter.....a Jr. @ Maryland studding Animal Sciences has one more year then it's off to Vet School....she hopes ! Ha! Will they ever leave.....! Ha! Oh yes I have my youngest......17 in high school.....more college....Ha! Oh well.....that's life...I guess I'm venting ! ha! Keep Jamin' man ! Ha!?Be who you are and say what you feel because

Have to share this.... Hubs was working with my oldest daughter today who has said that she thinks she may be getting a cold.... I bet my youngest daughter that hubs/ her Dad would start complaining about coming down with a cold by the end of the day. The first few times he called to my surprise he didn't say anything about a cold, but here it is 8:30 pm and hubs just said " I think I may be getting a cold", to which I started laughing. He asked what I was laughing about, I told him about our bet and reminded him that he ALWAYS does this and that he would not be exhibiting symptoms yet since he only spent a couple of hours with her and not close contact, they worked outside. LMAO!! He never fails to do this.:H:H:H Gina

Can't post much from this thing, will catch up tomorrow. But sorry, G, I'd be tying that man up in a sheet and hitting him with a 2x4 if he delayed my child's health emergency! JMHO, but don't mess with my babies.
Maddie loves snapping pics, plus daughter took some today of Hubs, me and the kids. Hope they come through. Back to my regular puter tomorroq & can talk. (ps: pls remember we're OLD, right sunny?)

Good Morning to everyone! Another AF day under my belt - go me. One more day of work, then 2 off - YEAH! My daughter came into work yesterday with some flowers for me and a little note saying she was SO proud of me - I was so touched - she is such a good kid! I was going to take a picture of them and post it but didn't have time last night and definitely don't have time this morning - I will post it this afternoon if I can find my camera! LOL She knew how hard that day 1 was for me - I told her after the fact! I am feeling good though and so positive about it. Hubs is now onto day 2 - I hadn't expected him to join me - he drank way more than I did so it is good that he has stopped too.
I love all the pics that everyone is posting - Jan - love your new one and Ruby - you really don't look old at all - it will spoil all the jokes when people see the REAL me !!! ROTFLMBO!!
Rubes - are you going to get Tricky Dicky today? Will we get to see a picture? Hope so....

Yes Jan it really was - I haven't said it at all - I have always kept it to myself - well, have never tried to quit before apart from that one time a couple of years ago - so this one I didn't say a word to anyone until after the fact! THEN I told youngest daughter - eldest I am not sure I will say anything to anyway. But I was so touched - she is so sweet! Have a wonderful day my friend :l
