                    Well hello my busy family!


                    Been busy working at my job at the DENTAL OFFICE...... I have to agree, chewing ice is VERY BAD for your teeth, sorry MB. You smoke too? Your skin looks good considering.... But stop it right now!!! Did I tell you all? Sorry if I am repeating but I am too lazy to look back at my older posts..... I have THREE leaky heart valves and have to see a cardiologist... I called today and much to my surprise and fear , they knew who I was.... Makes me nervous.... How bad are they??? Anyway.... I will read back and catch up later very busy my loves...:hG

                            Fen, thanks for the update on Mishy. Hope she's enjoying herself. She deserves a break from all that's been happening. And YES, crunching ice is damaging to teeth. I've been told that by every dentist I've seen. Oh, and studies show many ice eaters have anemia. When have you had your blood checked, MB?

                              Hi everyone - home from work -just put spuds on for my dinner. Rubes - I thought I could just bring my own food - that way, you wouldn't have to worry about what to feed me! I eat very simply, and it would be easy for me to bring my own stuff. I will e-mail you - okay?

                              The mere thought of crunching ice sets my teeth on edge!! oh Jan - I don't know how you can do it! Maggie used to love ice, but as her mouth was small and dainty, I had to melt a big ice cube down for her!! LOL but as soon as she heard the ice cubes, she was there!!

                              gosh -Georgie - sorry to hear about your heart valves - what are they going to do?
