        Oh, Fen! You're coming south and not coming to see me??? I'm so harmed in my nervous system!! :H When are you coming here? You've been a couple of hours away several times, and I don't bite (hard)!
        Good to see you sweetie. We need you to get Bird up here since she's probably the only one who can keep up with you on the trails. I'll just cook. And make the fire.
        MB, just my nature, girl. I used to think Hubs hung the moon, till I noticed one night it was crooked. Since then it's been an ongoing (loving) chase to see who gets their way. I'm not complaining, but I know he wants to get his complaints in, and I want to let him, to a point, since his favorite saying is 'If you want my opinion, ask her.'
        Vick, we all worry about you constantly. At least on the drive, sit in the backseat and elevate your feet. Stretch out. And for heavens sake, get some good news this time. When are you going to believe you need to pamper yourself?
        G, that is sad news. We hear things like that a lot now, since all our friends are our age and haven't taken the best care of themselves. Prayers for the family.
        I've tracked down all but one of the miscreants, have promises for today. We'll see. Wish I could live free somewhere, what a happy camper I'd be. Nahhh.

            Rubes, I'm seven hours away from Atlanta...when have I been close to where you are? When I was in Asheville? I didn't have a car when I was there. Maybe you should all drive and I'll drive and we can meet halfway. Mrs. Fen really wants to hit some sort of beach somewhere on Sunday, though. We get to Orlando at around noon on Saturday, and leave probably around noon on Tuesday. :h

                Oh, Fen, I get my Florida destinations switched up. And I WISH I could see a warm sunny beach too. But you and Mrs make a plan to come for an extended time, and we'll take in BOTH the mountains and the beach. Asheville is a little less than 2 hours from me.
                When I was very young, had a friend whose family spent a week at the beach, came home one night, then a week in the moutains. I was SO very jealous, as my vacations, though memorable, were mostly so because Daddy would get lost at 1 in the morning, wake me to figure out where we were, and we'd sleep on the side of the road!
                Better still, take a month, drive down, pick up anyone willing and I'll rent a van or Taco truck and catch up with you in the mountains and we'll all drive down to the tip of Florida and descend on T. He's near Miami! We can scout great commune sites!
                I've GOT to figure out how to keep TMB out of the house. Even Ninny has figured how to open the gates. One more entry on the list.
                BTW: If we don't get MWO volunteers to hike, I've got a friend up there who knows every single place in all the counties around, is older than me, and have hiked them ALL! She's a neighbor.

                  Fen - I will be home from Orlando onThursday....but I will meet you in Daytona or St Augustine if I don't go meet Rubes and Sunni..... those are the closeet beaches to Orlando....
                  oh...i would have to come meet you on Saturday since I work Sundays...
                  were in Orlando are you staying if you don't mind me asking???
                  If I stay home....I will come see you at the beach....If I don't stay home I'll drive to ATL and see Rubes and Sunni
                  Jeez - I have never had so many choices!!!!

                      OH MY GOSH. That was scary - I was talking with BOB on Skype - and tried to plug in my little camera so he could see me and it broke my computer!! Completely crashed it! It has taken me ages to get it going again and when i came to this site - I wasn't logged in. I never log out so had to try and remember the password that I originally used - from years ago!! third time was lucky!! It has logged me out of every site that I go to that I leave me logged in to!! Bummer.

                      Will be back after I make my dinner I am making dogs in duvets (instead of pigs in blankets) - lots of you here! fen - are you back? Jan - enjoy your dinner. Ruby - good chatting. georgie - such sad news...... so sorry. Vicki - wonderful to see you post - but awful about how unwell you are. I hope that the docs can help you - please keep us informed won't you - and remember what I said. :l :h

                        I love to hike Fenn!! Would love to go spring break but would have to get someone to take my class....well, shall see how that looks in the future. Took kid shopping with her bday money and now we are having pizza and cheesecake...

                            Bird, you and Sun exude the same pheromone that Hubs and I must. You post at the same time. As soon as I think of him, he calls. oooooooooooo, twilight zone.
                            Fen, when you leave your snowyscape there, even if I have to hitch up Tink, Sadist, and TMB, you WILL have company. It's marvelous hiking, but the amenities and attractions are nearby. Never fear, Ruby's here!! :H
                            MB, you didn't invite yourself. My door is always open. So I'll video the wrestling match for the upstairs bedrooms, OK? Don't know how it will turn out, bu my money's slight on the old skinny English broad. Of course you have youth and frustration on your side, so I'll back out and just buy the Jello! :H Who knows, Bird may pitch a tent and leave her troubles behind, Fen may change her flight plans, Kell may come out of her hole, Vick may miraculously recover, T may pull up his trailer for the wood, G may run away from home with Mish, Lord knows what Tony has in mind, and Sasquatch will make a REAL appearance!
                            PS: Bears and snakes are mostly hibernating.

                                That video is funny Ruby! Hi there Bird - yes, it is strange how we often post so close to each other isn't it? Jan - I am laughing at your dilemma - SO many choices!! Anyway whatever you decide is fine. And Ruby - no fights over who has which room - I will sleep wherever I am put!! By the way - who is the OLD SKINNY ENGLISH broad that is coming? Do I know her? I know a delightful slim young English lady that is coming to visit you......

                                I have just made cookies to take to work tomorrow and am half way through making my dogs in duvets - i have never made pastry with potatoes with before - it will be interesting to see how they turn out!! I will let you all know! A bit full right now though from cookie dough ! :H
