Got youngest daughter here - she has had an emergency dental appt so I am tending to her - had a tooth taken out and wanted her mum!
I won't bring my computer Ruby - but I found out today that I can text with my phone even though I can't do calls! So that is good.
Rubes - I agree with you about this thread - half the people are missing! Did we (you - LOL) scare them off? Where is Nora? How is she - Nora - if you read this, please post! we wonder how you are!

Oh gosh - I started to wriote my post - then went and checked on my daughter = came back and carried on not seeing that a lot had been posted since I started mine!

Fennel! You were NOT supposed to say anything about what the tat was! And NOW, not only have you told them that we had it done, but you have gone and told everyone what it IS!!!!! Good Grief girl - I am speechless!!!!

Oh Grateful - I am so sorry about your evening last evening. you should have left him on the floor. your back is bad enough - that really was not a clever idea!! Oh dear - tomorrow sounds so stressful for you too - but hang on -what is with the "little Miss English skinny broad" - something tells me YOU aren't so fat yourself - LOL. I too wish you could come this weekend - but we will all meet up eventually - we really will. I will be around tomorrow evening if you need a shoulder - you have my phone number :l

Hello all-- just checking in. Sounds like a load of you are gonna be close by this weekend-- hope it doesnt rain like they were projecting. We are going to Nashville to see my sis and her boys this weekend. Poor Luke had a sinus headache today-- I have them and so does my dad so I feel for him with the pressure and pain on one side-- that would have to be scary for a 6 year old! Hopefully it will be better tomorrow.

Greatful-- I am sorry to hear of your tough times. We are all thinking of you, you know. I often feel very alone and stuck in my head and know it is not a great feeling.
Gina-- when you wrote the post about not going somewhere due to feeling too fat-- I cannot tell you how many times I feel or have felt that. I am doing weight watchers with the iPhone app. I have alot to lose so I will be at it awhile. I will be happy to lose with you! My son told me when I lose the equivalent of him that I must wear a bikini-- yea-- at 44 (by the time I was at the number I need I will probably be 45 too)--never!

Hope all will have a good week-- I have a dentist appt this week so I am not looking forward to it!

Ock!!! So much to do, and so much happening around us all now.
Britt, I'm the same way. I can't imagine myself constrained by a timeclock any more, (but ask Sun, I'm older than dirt), yet I have no impetus to get me out of my little lunatic compound. Honestly, I think I've become fearful something will happen beyond my control if I leave. Yes, it's a control issue. But we all need interaction, and all I have are my animals, Grumpy, It's All About Me-Me, and Chicken Little, waiting for the sky to fall.
The sweetest thing happened yesterday at the house walk-through. New tenant had her 9 y/o daughter with her, and I gave her the job of turning on the lights ahead of us, and then being sure they were off, and she did it perfectly. Tenants sister, who rents from me next door, and her two children came up at the last minute, and her little girl ran up to me and hugged me, smiled up like I was her long-lost G'mother. So I ended up hugging and playing with the children in the rain. I am and I'm not cut out to be a landlord.
ATL, wish we'd been able to communicate earlier so you could have joined us, but have a great time with your sister. Does she have similar problems with your mother?
Fen, when do you and Mrs. leave? Have fun.
Grate, I'll come when you call to get you, and just pack in the husky and the albino!! Might even make you another nightgown.
