Light rain here. This was taken a few minutes ago. Mmmmmmmmm... perfect weather for a lekker curry. Then I can jot down quantities and ingredients as I go along to send to Raggsy. I never sent her my recipe for Cape Malay curry, because I don't use a recipe - you kinda do it automatically when you've done it for so many years.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I expect they'll be milder than the cillies I normally use.

I reckon its good to use fresh chillies and either dried seeds or powder together in a curry. Thinking of other ingredients, did your cats catch the mole?
