            She's a little brighter today thanks, still has sickness & D..... (hate that word!!) but its to be expected apparently, they have her in her own room now to get some more rest thank god, when you ring it sounds like their at Cheeky Chimps!!

                Back from Pilates and a long run.

                My daughter living and speaking Norweigen Came into my bedroom looking for "nose papers" She had forgotten the word for paper hankies:H

                How is your grandaughter Panno? I keep thinking about her Poor brave little girl.

                I must admit I am missing my lovely Molly. I do hope she is OK.


                Love to the Army keep the food coming.

                          I just took half an hour out of my day and lay on the floor and listened to Mahler really loudly

                          Weird but kinda nice

                          I LOVE curry too but I can't have any now cos I am trying to shed the Christmas fat....
                          I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way

                          They don't call me Pingu Purple Pants for nothing....
