I did not have a drink tonight. I thought about it but I didnt. Instead I sat and had supper with my daughter and sat and watched tv with her. It was the first time in along time I spent time with her without being hung over or drunk. It was so nice. My husband told me it was nice to hear me laugh again.
I did eat a little bit more than ususal but hey Im not drunk ,I didnt do anything stupid and I will feel good in the morning.
