Hi All,

I have a sooper dooper whole 350 days and am on the countdown
for a year, this week has got to have been the most stressful week ever
in my quest for sobriety and could have easily caved at anytime this week
but somehow got through, you know when you are in the middle lane of the
motorway and doing 60mph and you see brake lights and go for your brakes too
and find they have failed oh dear, there for the grace of God go I.

9 1/2 months AL free for me and just like flossie i have just been thru a horrible week. In fact this has been the worst week if my life. But instead of drinking (and believe me the thought crossed my mind several times), i prayed and hung on minute by minute sometimes. I had found strengh i never knew i had.

Life is not easy, drinking only makes it harder.
