Hi Mario ktab an lpc. Mild here with sunny spells heading out soon. Hope the dentist can save ur tooth ktab i had to two out in the last 2 yrs as they cudn't be saved so hope i don't lose anymore. Glad ur a bit better Mario. Last week most of my family have booked a four day trip to germany 22 to 26th of june. Its in Mainz and its for the festival and my nephew's new baby girl's christening. His German gave birth to her last December. Looking forward to this as i haven't had a break since March 2010. Last time we all went was for Alan and Katya's wedding. And before that a weekend just me and my sisters for shopping and Katja's hen night. Well i best get my ass in gear and get ready to go out. Catch up later. :handbag::cents:byebye:

waited for 45 mins in the surgery to be told by the doctor I'd done well for surviving Christmas and New Yr without drinking. Yeah I know that. So where was my sticker???

Yoo hoo, I'm back! Internet been playing up but ok again. I had a quick read back of yesterday's thread and need to have a lie down now!

Great news Mario is getting better. Good that Pannos grandaughter is home and well. have not got a sticker Pingu but will:goodjob: this do?

Too knackered after my 4 30 drive to the airport to go off for a hike in the hills so went back to bed for a bit more sleep.

When i woke up I was still feeling upset about yesterday so I put on my best clothes a bit of lippy, did my hair and went to see the Centre manager.
He knew who I was and was appalled at what had happened to me. He is going to take it further and will get back to me. He apologised profusely. However,I am still very upset by the whole incident.

I have found that sleep gets better and better slowly. By five or six weeks, you are sleeping "normally." Whatever is normal for you without alcohol interfering.

Once past week one, you might want to try Melatonin or any of the other myriad OTC supplements to help you sleep. They help but are not addictive as Ambien, Lunesta, etc.

Hang in there, keep going and one day you will find you go to bed and sleep without any help at all. Not only that, but when you wake up, you will find yourself truly rested as your body intends.
