      Kind of in the same situation myself Mario in that I don't have much in the way of overheads apart from the booze. I live a simple life. Didn't realise you'd lived in Portugal before, but I can understand you missing the sunshine. The weather's not exactly brilliant on this side of the Irish Sea and I gather you get more rain over there than we do.

      Well done on not caving in to the cravings tabbers! :goodjob:

        Still got sore leg muscles from running yesterday, but other than that I'm doing fine, thanks, tabbers. Trying hard to resist the temptation to substitute food for the booze. Not entirely succeeding, unfortunately.

          Thats good Reccie, even the sore muscles because in a day or two you will feel the benefit, exercise is very important I reckon. Personally I wouldnt worry about overeating or eating crap for the first week or so, just concentrate all your efforts on not picking up that first drink.
          While sitting there having this internal debate in my head earlier two things stopped me, firstly how disgusted I would feel in the morning and secondly the thoughts of fessing up to you guys and I refuse to lie to you, they day I do that is the day I stop posting.

          Anyway enough about me me me, Mario I hope you are treating yourself to something nice this evening.
