Better than +30 I suppose, but you would know, enjoy.
Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

Sorry for the enquiring mind (some might call it nosey) buy I was wondering, and don't answer this if you don't want, but can you let the bad days become a distant memory now or do you need to always keep them at the forefront of your mind as a reminder and incentive to never forget and become complacent?

              Ask away ktab

What I do is I don't keep the bad memory at the forefront and think about them everyday, but I would sometimes pretend that i have a hangover in the morning before i go to work and play it out for a while then let out a big smile and laugh knowing that it is all pretend world, It gives me a huge boost :H and probably freightens some people who see me laughing to myself so early in the morning.

Interesting. Similar strategy I suppose to my stopping first thing this morning and visualising how shit I would have felt at that exact moment had I been drinking last night.

As an aside, when you are laughing, is it when you have just stepped out of the shower? :H

Hi FF, coffee now there is a good idea.

Mario, was thinking full length mirrors but I digress...... Have just seen your new tag line, it needs to be said in a Dublin accent but I like it. I read a good one during the week must away and find it.

Morning again guys. Thanks for the affirmations that I am not going totally batty. I guess I always look on crying as a sign of weakness. And its not, its simply a release of emotions.

For me, I need to sometimes remind myself of the dark days of drinking. Not always, but sometimes.....

Hello to my favourite furry friend, yep crying is as natural as laughing and both serve a very useful purpose.

Tagline ok here we go: Avoid weak goals.*Goals are the soul of achievement, so never begin them with "I'll try ..."* Always start with "I will" or "I must."
I thought of that when I saw someone post 'I will try not to drink' recently.
