Deep breaths and keep smiling Panno.
Ok shopping list done now and I am away to do battle with the crazy saturday shoppers, screaming kids, trollies left in the aisle, queues at the tills, people packing away all their shopping and only then deciding to search through an enormous handbag for their purse but I will keep smiling because there will be no wine in my trolly (might be a lush dessert, a packet of kettle crisps and a bottle of diet coke though)
Later folks, be good.Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

Hello army!
Good to see you starting us off today, startypants :l. Is it your clients that are giving you problems? Don't worry too much about crying at work - it shows you're a human being with feelings. The alternative would be much worse.
It's Saturday afternoon so, as usual, I'm following the footy. Liverpool appear to be heading for yet another deadly boring (goalless?) home draw. Why are we playing with a five man defence at home to Stoke???
Hope you enjoyed your run, Mrs A....I'm still suffering on account of trying to run on Thursday morning and have given myself permission not to go for my usual walk today to give my legs a chance to recover. BTW, I have just seen a fabulous pic of you on oney's FB page.
Edit: When I said fabulous, I meant that you looked fabulous!
Good to hear your grandaughter is on the mend, panno...one less thing for you and us to worry about. There seems to have been a lot of ill health in the army and its extended family over the past several weeks.

It's a normal human emotion and nothing to feel bad about. Ok sometimes it may feel a little embarrassing or inappropriate but it's better than holding it all in and then at some point in the future looking to AL for an escape from our sad feelings.
Day 5 for me and still going strong!

Hiya starty
Yep, I am feeling a little bit pleased with myself (last time I went this long without a drink was 2002) but I'm not getting too carried away with it either. I only have to look at what you and mario have accomplished to realise that what I have achieved so far is very small.
