Evening Army! Watching the original Indiana Jones on dvd with my son. But thought I'd peek in for a minute. And what do I see but....JC's cakes! DROOL. YUM!

Last night while looking for my suitcase for my forthcoming adventure I found lots of old files & notes that i used at the start of my battle , Might start reposting them in the forum again soon, some good ones indeed.

One of these days I'm going to find an old photo of me as pissed as a fart and do a before and after thing. Mind you I can barely look at the before pictures.

Now I'm orff to snarf down a Chinese take-out, I couldn't be bothered to make the curry.

My day was ok, still building my strenght back up after my sick spell, I went to see jim this morning then into the city,dident feel to good came home and fell asleep :-) feel ok now though.
