Good morning army

Busy trying to find a furniture shop that's open on a Sunday where I can buy a very small pine table for the lounge to stick my laptop on. Until then, I'll have to keep walking upstairs to the computer room. (The exercise does come in handy, though!)

In the meantime, I hope you all have a great day (whenever your day begins...)

I am planning on another relaxing day. I am reading a book at the moment. Loving What is. By Byron Katie. It is really helpful in getting me to question my thoughts.

I am also going to make a big vat of soup to have at lunchtime this week. This is the start of my new healthy eating regime

You're probably right about the shops being open today....maybe different opening hours though?

A big vat of soup to take to work sounds like a great idea, starty! Just make sure it IS soup that goes into your vat and not errr.....another kind of liquid!

I think most shops open 12 to 6pm on sunday at least thats most over here do. Oh soup sounds lovely. I'm going to try a lentil and tomatoe soup when i get home later. I luv home made soup comfort food for winter days wit nice bread.

I have just had a delicious smoothie with organic yogurt, blueberries, banana, melon, pumpkin seeds and All One nutrition powder. Its DELICIOUS!

Does anyone here use the All one? Its recommended by this site to help with nutrtion
