                Afternoon all. My oldest sister is gone to Tenerife today for a week. I haven't been there but i have gone to Gran Caneria and Ibiza. Jan may be you, Mario and partner could meet up and take some photos? Thats if you're not too far away on the island from each other. Good luck with the search for air condictioning Tipps i hope you get a good deal. We don't that here with our weather i just use an electric fan here in summer if its a very hot evening.

                  All this talk of holidays and warmer climes ...makes me want to come with you. boy it was cold outside the supermarket, but we did well. Lots of people talked to us and contributed to the collection, some people were very emotional when talking about someone they had lost to stroke. We had stroke survivors helping too, all very humbling. I'm so glad I did it and I'll do it again. I'll just wear even more clothes next time!

                      Hi gang,
                      can't wait to me Sr super Mario man....

                      our forecast this week is good and clear average 24/26 degs night drops to a chilly 16/17 degs...but it is winter...it is getting blustery wind somedays..but still blue skys & sunny, and still folk on the beach..

                      when the tourists see us locals walking about with jackets they give us such a strange look, coz they are all in t'shirt an shorts

                        It's the same in here in Florida - people with gloves and hats on while the northerners are prancing about on the beach in their bathing suits!

                          yep I know coco...they think we are strange for feeling the cold, when it's still in the plus 20's....

                              Evening all,

                              Someone stick the kettle on,I'm knackered.
                              T'was full of busy work this aftie. I was in full meet and greet mode today. Even for someone like me who likes flapping her gums a lot, I could have done with 5 minutes quiet.
                              It could be worse, I could be filing.
