Evening all,

Interesting meeting. Never realised how important volunteers are in the drug and alcohol services. That now makes me a VIP (vaguely important person). I'm taking over someone's shift on the desk on Thursday while he takes one of the therapy sessions. And I'll be taking an NVQ in something that I need to know but I can't for the life of me remember what it's called

True that. (Actually it is a bit of a feat - the gym is two buildings over from mine in the basement, so you have to first find the stairs , which take you to all the inner workings of the building, boilers and what not that you would prefer not to know about, through all sorts of strange corridors - a bit like Mrs. Tittlemouse's house but with not so many roots or grass). It is a wonder I can find my way - you know me.
