Anon, drinking thoughts are just that thoughts, you don't have to act on them and you won't. Use some of that iron grit that wins you races, I know you have it in you to beat this b*****d. Good idea to get some air, do come back here and post if you are finding it tough, ok.

I am doing very well combating my pc addiction and I am finding lots of things that i should have been doing over the last 3 years instead of sitting on FB talking shite.

Hi oney, yes I was angry, but pissed not..
not had a drink in13 days...mega angry yes but no urge to drink...just to kill...!!!

even thinking of putting him back in a cetre to get some control and give me a break, as I am at breaking point...seriously...

I prefer to just forget about it and go back to how I was before, and it does feel soo much better....just gotta sort Ollie out..!
and pissed is not gonna be the way..I have got to make a very serious choice here...and the throw back that could come with it..!

but if this is starting now...shit what the hell is he gonna be like when he's 12/13/14 or a bit older..I will end up killing him, if he has the same genes as his father..I can't go thru that...
