hello my darling KT...yep I'm counting ,not all the time I have to look on the calendar..:H
I prefer to just forget about it and go back to how I was before, and it does feel soo much better....just gotta sort Ollie out..!
and pissed is not gonna be the way..I have got to make a very serious choice here...and the throw back that could come with it..!

but if this is starting now...shit what the hell is he gonna be like when he's 12/13/14 or a bit older..I will end up killing him, if he has the same genes as his father..I can't go thru that...
    no,no,no...
Jan its impossible to second guess how kids will be next week never mind next year. As I said I think a change of school plus having his siblings around will make a big difference. He probably needs to feel stability with home life and school from his perspective. That will take a little time and as you well know boys will push your buttons to see how far they can, its a natural part of growing up. I always found letting them make small choices and then making them take responsibilities for them shows them that every action has a consequence and it helps them to see the world through older eyes for a brief window. It helps them feel more grown up and responsible.

Good morning, anyone who may still be here... I'm always so late I miss all the morning fun. I will try to catch up with you all later. BTW fabby cake, JC. I am jealous for your baking skills. Wouldn't it be nice if instead of - or in addition to - Google Images there was Google Cakes? Click. Poof. Chomp. Belch. (Good thing no one is here to read this.)

            Afternoon army,

I messed up and fell asleep again this morning, so missed the appointment with my alcohol worker. Damn! But I was very tired and needed the sleep.

Hope all is well in the barracks.

              Hiya Army :hallo:

Most of the food for tonight prepped. Mega-braai: lamb chops, spatchcock chicken & spiced sausage. Freshly baked bread, potato & green salads. I think that should feed us.

Mrs. T seems to be feeling better and the cub has had a nice day so far.

I'll probably only be back again tomorrow. Have a lovely Friday evening.
              I'll do whatever it takes

                  Sounds utterly delish, Tips.

Evening JC I got one on me iPhone so I have.
Friday evening 7pm and the furthest thing from my mind now is AL, cant tell you how that makes me feel, long may it continue. I know I am constantly speaking about this on an almost daily basis but that is intentional, I am making it harder for myself to fall for I will never come here and say I am AF when I am not. So the accountability is another important part of my overall plan. So how is everyone doing tonight, really doing I mean?

xpost KTAB. I'm munching on pizza with the kids and about to watch killer dinos!
Keeping busy and always try to have a plan for Friday night. I'm usually stressed out and tired by Friday night so I try to plan something special with the kids so we can relax together. It helps and keeps me from thinking a bottle of wine would be a good idea. :l

                            Well hello yous twos.

Honestly how am I feeling today. Pretty good to be honest. Just lurve me sober Friday nights because they lead to to unhung Saturday mornings.

Checking in here everyday keeps me accountable too, KT. You keep speaking about it everyday, hun. Whatever it takes, eh?

Now don't laugh, but I'm probably getting me pedometer from Age Concern. One of the ladies at SW who works there can get one for me.

Havent really had a bad hangover in quite a while but that what comes from drinking everyday I reckon, it doesnt completely leave our system. But I dont miss that waking up feeling groggy and lacking in enthusiasm. The fog has lifted now I guess and its a much nicer view of the world imo.
