Evening all, well done Anon, arrogant?? errr I dont think so. Nothing wrong with feeling proud of our achievements. I would hazard a guess that most of us have been ended up with low self esteem based on our past actions.
Thanks for the heads up on Scilly last night, it was good. DW watched midwives last weekend but dont think its my cuppa tbh.
Just back from the shop, grabbing a few bits when out of the blue the little voice says 'get a bottle that would be nice' Well cover your ears if you dont want to hear my reply. Where in dogs name do theses thought pop out of nowhere from, it seems so detached, it could be another person speaking to me.

Reccie I think your long sleep is your body recovering and starting to heal, I wouldnt be concerned how long it is, it will sort itself given time.

Who has a 28" waist btw? I have lost 7lbs since chrimbo just by cutting out the booze and eating crap, oh and a bit of exercise.

Ok very soon its tuna on the hot griddle with jasmine rice, stir fried pok choi in a little toasted sesame oil, wild mushroom & terriaki sauce. Pineapple & ice cream for afters. Mmmmm making myself hungry.
