Neil, I have rewarded myself for everyone of those 100 days by coming on here daily and not only posting but reading and re-reading all the truly inspiring posts from so many of you to numerous to name...It's like a circle of wonderment because if I inspire you, then all of you inspire me to carry on with this journey, and so the circle keeps on turning...Long may it continue....

To all of you, Thank you all so much for your messages of support...If someone had told me four months ago my life would be like this today, well, I would have poured another drink, laughed at them and " politely " told them where to go....

Yeahhhhh.....my book and cds are here!!!!

On this, just another boring day....I received my book and cds....read the book in 3 hours......what an easy read and emailed a therapist asking about topamax therapy.......I had already decided that there way NO WAY I would divulge my secret to any Dr.!!!!!!! But with the help of the group here and the book I realize that I MUST take the first step if the second one is to follow!! THANKS GUYS!, My
