I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

Good for you Pinky! I don't really like Jim. But I think it's mainly because I don't have anyone to go with. I'm too shy to try and go alone. So your situation sounds perfect-you are making a new friend and getting in shape.
I've sent you a pm Reccie.
          Morning KTAB!

Rooibos is lovely and I like some herbal teas but any caffeine free coffee I have tried is like al free beer, just not worth the effort of wetting a cup or glass. Then again I am a coffeeaholic, there I have said it, it's out there now, feels such a relief........

Nothing too exciting today, pinky. A long soak in the bath followed by some housework and shopping this morning, then an appointment with my alcohol worker early this afternoon. Hopefully I'll be tired enough after that to get some sleep for at least a few hours. If not, I'll make a start on my tax return. That should do the trick!

Morning Foxy Hope you have a good outing. My Auntie lives in Glasthule (near St.Joseph's) so I know the area pretty well. Lovely.
I have to go into work for a few hours and then might check out the shops. It's the second mark down-items are at -70%.:h
