Hi expat i'm from Glasthule its where i was born and grew up. Are you from that part of Dublin too? Itsca small world. I've been living in the Loughlinstown area since the early 90's. Its my first house after living in flats for years. Porrigde for brekkie sounds good tabbers i have some here no raspberries but got some bananas and honey. I'm not a gym person either its boring for me but zumba classes start in early febuary nearby so back to dance fitness and fun. I get my walk in most days. :dancingskel:

Still not the best but I am sure she will improve when the antibiotic kicks in, Ava puked from coughing last night and had a nosebleed at the same time, not a pretty sight when I went up, she was checked out by the doc yest and is ok tho, just a bad cold...it's Mia that has the tosillitis back..

Never rains but it pours.

I have to go to a funeral 2moro and read a poem I wrote for a friends mother who died, will have to being the girls with me so will wrap them up like mummies and dose them
