Okay, so it's day two AF for me, not something I haven't done before. Maybe it's just a cooincidence, maybe it's the new vitamins, who knows, but my eyes are so freakin' puffy!!!! I know that many nutritionists say that puffy eyes and dark circles are often linked to what's goin' on in your liver. I wonder if my liver is doing a little work these days and that is showing up in my eyes? Just a thought?
