      good on u nelz, u know the swearing thread lol. day one again today sigh but im still hanging in and around and about and still hoping to get it in my head. not drinking as much but thats not good enough as i know i will drink as much shortly or more, i NEED af not moderation, never moderation as i know thats not a possibility in an alcoholics life.

        Not Sunday for me yet, but I will be AF tomorrow so shouting out! This will be my 9th Sunday - so very cool!

            1 minute into another super sober Sunday for me. Still going thru hell in my personal life but so much easier to deal with AL free. Yeah it still hurts like hell but drinking would only make it worse. Over 10 months sober and i will not ever go back to drinking.

            So to all of you please have a safe and sober Sunday!
            AL free since March 17th 2011...loving this life. No drinking no matter what.

              23 days AF, nd feeling good
              I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

                      I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way
