          Happy sober Sunday! I'm counting in a generic way since the dreadful sliip of 1/18.
          I'm not going back to zero-no way. I worked way to hard to get here to almost 4 months.
          So I'm just going by months and adding minus a one day slip.
          I feel that it's the best way to proceed and not be discouraged. I did it, I regretted it and moved on ASAP so I'm no longer beating myself up.

          Beautiful day again-I am actually cooking today, which is very rare. If you don't hear from you I've burned the house down

                1 year, 9 months, 16 days. This also equates to 1/1000th of Katun according to the Mayan calendar
                Outside of a dog a book is mans best friend. Inside of a dog its too dark to read
