Isn't it AMAZING how lazy you get when you have a car? My car is in the garage and now I am UNABLE to go to Tesco, the library, the butcher around the corner or down to the town DESPITE the fact I managed without a car for 13 years, with 3 kids, carrying huge amounts of messages home on a buggy, walking to the schools in gale force winds, running down to the doctors with sick kids on my back... I have a short memory.

Relaxing on the patio after a busy day. Will have to see what I can slap together for dinner. As lazy as I am, I can't face the prospect of a takeout. Prolly masala-spiced chicken, potato wedges and a salad.

Hiya Coco

It's dead easy: chicken pieces dusted with curry spices, baked in the oven. Potato wedges drizzled with EVOO, chopped rosemary, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Homestyle salad (i.e. made with whatever I have) with lettuce (doh!), cherry tomatoes, cucumber, buttom mushrooms, baby carrots and sweet red pepper. Maybe a little feta as well?

All IBA's and evaluation done and e-mailed so hopefully I will get a pass (fingers crossed pliz) and should get certified by the end of February.
