Well, it was a really yummy sort of lasagne with heaps of pine nuts and spinach but I used crepes instead of the usual pasta to separate the layers.

Rags, hope Mr. Rags gets better super fast. Techie, what has been happening with you? This little black duck has had the Christmas from hell!!! The boys all fighting like mad with their dad with No. 3 son banning father from his 21st birthday party on 8th January. On the up side, No. 1 son came home from his travels with his german girlfriend who is an absolute delight. He has gone back to France now boo hoo, so will prolly not see him again for another 12 months.

Havent got a job yet, but not too worried at the moment. Can hang on for another couple of months before finances become too strained. Took former employers to Fair Work arbitration and received quite a sizeable compensation package. It was a very tense and scary time, as they had lawyers representing them and I just had little old me. But I stuck to my guns and Fair Work ruled. in my favour.My beef was that they failed to provide a safe work place for night shifts and [placed staff (me) in considerable danger when dealing with clients under the influence of illicit drugs as well as alcohol. Just goes to show that you really have to stick up for yourself when you have a legitimate cause.

Wil take me a while to get over that stuff and I am sitting quietly contemplating where I go from here...do I get back into the community services sector ro do I play it safe and focus on the Fitness Industry again. I have a lot to consider and will take my time.

Back from picking up stuff. Done heaps of housework stuff this weekend. Not really the rest and relaxation I was hoping for, but oh well. It is HOT HERE.

Rags, I got hubs to quit smoking last year. He smells so much lovelier and both of us are healthier for it. He really only smoked because I drank, but once I laid down the booze he kept smoking. I'm sure you will whip Mr. Rags into shape.

Mr Rags Update
He's back in hospital.
Had a bad turn about 2 pm my time, an hour before we were to be picked up for tfr to airport.
Rang for ambulance toot sweet.
He looked like he was either having heart attack or stroke. He couldn't breathe.
Paras got onphone to me and I said Iknew CPR till they arrived if necessary.

He's in hospital now with latest diagnosis atypical angina and "showers " of little blood clots.
A double whammy. Been hours on phone trying to organise flights... another drama in itself, plus talking to travel insurance people who are also getting a bit toey now I mention ambulance rides, emergency rooms etc in USA, plus alternative accomm at lower altitude, charges for changing flights etc etc.
Am handling it OK so far but will be bloody exhausted when I get back.

Now, last week an Undie asked me why I was doing all this travel... Well, part of the answeris that you never know when this may happen....

FUCK the travel insurance people!!!!! That's exactly why you MUST take out travel insurance, especially if travelling to the USA. Bastards.

Jeez Sapphy, you must need the rest by now. Next month I'm going to FWA myself to see out an issue that blew up with my employer last year, but testifying for a collegue. Long story short, even in this day and age there is a lot of bullying still going on in the workplace. FFS!
