A sanger. Yep, after 7+ hours, I ended up with an unrelated sanger.

It goes: Lamb, Hogget, 2-tooth, Mutton. Chuck in some hemlock, strain into pft-pft bottle and spray onto Raggsy's HG and all will be well.

Whilst I dont have the same love affair as Reg with steamage I've gotta say it is defo much better than a mop and bucket...not sure either would work well with the geegees...

Too late Jonesy!

Muppet guitar monster here. Or at least that's what i probably look like to some.

Spanish bake as i understand it is an egg baked in a little casserole dish in oven with spanish accoutrements mixed in. You know, yer olives, red onions, chilli, take ya pick. I may have confused you along with meself re the 'spanish bake' title, as i think the term was part of a longer description on the menu. Though i've noticed the term at least twice on menu's so the term will have resonance to some.

Evening All

Someone let us down badly during the week. Just saying something here this morning released me and I have put it all behind me. Wasn't meant to happen for a good reason.

Kids are good. Just took some gluestick off the youngest, he thought it was sunscreen and was applying it to his feet.

I have been working really hard at the gym and watching my diet. And finally people are starting to notice.......it has taken a year but I have heard that we all have a kg number that we start to look noticably different to others. I have only dropped 1kg but it seems to be the one that makes all the difference. Plus not drinking has made my face slimmer too.

Glad to see things are settling Ragsy. I always find the thing about annoying houseguests is that I appreciate my home and life even more when they are gone.

Monday morning and it feels like a long week ahead. We have next weekend at Mr B's boy's boarding school which I have a high level of anxiety about, so I'm going to be taking deep breaths all week.

Ella, isn't it nice when it starts to show and people notice! It is then that I feel even more motivated to keep going.

So last night at 9:40 I pop a couple of sleepy sleepy tabs push my eyes back into their sockets and go to bed. At 10:30 Mr Rags is shaking me awake saying stop snoring.... YE bloody GODS!!!!
He's been getting heapsa sleeps throughout the daytime and night since he got back..... bastard.

I got about 6 hours though and that has worked wonders. Will grab some more ZZZZ when HG leaves on the 10:30 to Central this morning.
