But in her favour, she has helped me out a couple of times over the years. And she is leaving for UK in a couple of months probably for 8 years or so, so I shouldn't be churlish.


About 20 years ago we held a farewell party for her at our place as ahe was moving to Lismore. A group of guests actually said we only came to make sure she's leaving. It was only partly in jest. And I think that is a little sad. But I understand why it was said.

Ever tried ham or turkey or chicken with strawberries and lettuce and a smear of Smith and Wesson mayo, and perhaps a thin smidge of brie? Strawbs are a lovely substitute for tomatoes.

Morning Undies,

No amount of radish roses or celery curls could have fixed yesterday's culinary disaster so I'm recycling, renaming and re-serving it today as a Lamb Ragu over Pasta.

Only half an hour till the door's gonna hit the HG on the bum and Raggsy will resume her happy disposition. YAY!

Absolutely throbbed that box hedge in Enja's photos. Brilliant.

Kitchen cupboard clean-out before I can do a much more pleasant chook shed clean out. ***vrooom***

Morning,

I love yer culinary disater approach in the kitchen. Happens so often for me that i just go with it these day's. I get all zen like and reflective around the stove, and when a dish inevitably reaches the stage where it cannot be identified, i find there is nothing a litre of soy sauce can't fix. Anyone want to pop over for dinner?

Hi Undie people. Well I'm sorry about bra's, intrusions, and a failure to read back. It would seem to many that Techie ate some bad Schats. Humor (bad) aside, I will be in NYC for a bit longer. I've developed an infection. The surgical site is so hot and so inflamed its scary. They now have me on IV antibiotics. The downside is the expense. The Rehab center I'm in is more of a fricking Medi-spa than most would think. While the service and care is excellent I would have opted for the basics. I do NOT need a massage or a pedicure, I NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE!

While I'm not sure if its MRSA, it is a staph infection. There has been five doctors in today looking at me and my chart. I was so cold last night they wrapped me in heated blankets then I was burning up a hour later. I'm feeling better now but it is scary. My surgeon is coming at 8PM.

Dog willing, I'll be somewhat alert for the premier of Celebrity Apprentice. Love you all and I'll be fully back to me in short order.
