I had the post office dream/nightmare last night. Hard to explain unless you've worked there, but it was a horror story that stays with me. And my 2 goofy managers liked me, maybe too much!
MB, that pic is a Forsythia. We always called them yellow bells, and you can break off branches and stick them in the ground, and they spread. Have rows and rows of them. Birds love to nest in them too. They might grow in your country.

Yes, it is, Bird. In my dottage I find it hard to deal with rude, unruly kids who aren't mine. Hope you get some sleep soon. Unless you have nightmares like me it at least helps you face the next day.
MB, I have no doubt someone like the 'artist' would be at home in your slums. Obviously no home-raising or respect for anything. Sadly, I'm no fan of Madonna either, don't know any of her music, just her personal antics, and they define a person for me.She could do so much with her celebrity, but is so self-centered. Feel the same way about a lot of celebrities.
Wonder what tonight's double feature will bring? As long as it's not the post office dream I can handle it, but don't wake rested.

With that said, much of what mama attributed me was BOGUS! I most certainly did not "pee" in my nest! And mama did steal my Justin Bieber toothbrush...and I was NEVER reimbursed for my weave.

Well, I can certainly get you a fresh new Justin. Since that one has been in MB's possession I cannot account for where it may have been!
I'm up extra-late tonight. Dreading the the night movies I guess. Anyone want to hazard a guess about why I have nightmares about my post office job? I know I dreaded it daily more than the plague, so that could be the answer. All that stopped me from being there was the tragic and early death of my parents, and my inheritance. I'd go back in a minute to have them back for a day, but must thank them eternally for giving me a release. Daddy would have hated to know how awful my days were, and Hubs just didn't understand how bad they were. I almost had heat stroke one day when I couldn't find a place to get liquids, on an unknown route. Imagine being thrown out with tons of mail on unknown roads, with unlegible mailboxes and packages, in the middle of summer. It was the worst day of my life. 10 hours of driving, searching for the right boxes, no AC in a left-hand 4 speed, in July Georgia heat. I EARNED that day's wages. Thay once put me on another new route in the heat, and I was in the hospital by 10 PM for a week. Sorry to sound so grim, but it's truly hard to describe the toll that place took on my body. Hubs still feels the guilt.

12 years Fen. The worst era of my my life. And during that period my parents both died. When I told them I'd be out because my mother was in the final stages of her cancer, they actually asked how long I thought that would be. That sealed it for me. I was leaving that horrible place, and it's gotten even worse since I left, with deaths, suicides, etc. Don't mean to to sound so moribund, but we must be aware of the world we live in, and how it affects us. I made the most money ever, but it was detrimental in ways I'm still trying to outlive. I've learned much from the experience. Thus my nightmares, I guess. But I made great friends there, real people. It was the system that was so flawed.
