Sorry ladies but I've been dabbling in that thread with all those upper case number continence......Ha! Dropping the F...bomb is so exhilarating ! ha! Hope everyone is doing ok. I'm good.....but we found out that my oldest son is missing one credit for graduation.......minus his current curriculum ( Student Teaching) He needs a music/art credit ! So we got on his ass and he put in for a class this semester in the nick of time.......He's pissed because the only class he could put in for was....Sculpture. ( He hates Art) Ha! Maybe he could do one of them Venus Del Milo sculptures...missing arms or something ! Ha! Keep Jamin' man ! Ha!

Had a gall bladder attack tonight. Severe pain, bloated stomach that was hard, only relieved when I vomited repeatedly. Now I am wondering if this is what the elevated liver enzymes are about-- while I don't relish gettting my gall bladder out the one reason given to me for not taking it our earlier was that my liver enzyme test always came back very good and my attacks woudl pass-- the bile duct was not blocked. Teh attacks are painful and I know I have sludge in there and a stone or two-- that was true even 3 years ago-- I had controlled it largely by diet but tonight's thing was a doozy. That ultrasound cannot come quick enough on saturday! I did not want to wake the whole house by my violent hurling so I went to teh basement--which is where I am until I know that the attack will not come back.

Hope all is well-- sure has been quite for the last few days!

Gosh ATL, I puked my guts out in the drs office when I had my gall bladder attack. Was lots better afterward though. Mine was loaded with stones....sorry to all who are ailing today. Spent the evening trying to fix an old recorder and never could. Guess it is ready for the shitheap. Kids ear surgury got cancelled where he was gonna remove a cyst. Says it is too little and wants it to get bigger. It was big and they gave her antibiotics to make it littler now he wants it big. Make up your mind doc....off to work soon...

ATL...hope you feel better soon. I have never had a gallbladder attack but I hear it is horrible pain. Get that sucker out.
Going for a haircut and color in a bit. My hair is about 5 inches below my shoulders...I am cutting it off today. Then I am going to buy a new outfit for my new job Monday. New year, new attitude, new look...here it goes!!!!!

ATL - I remember seeing my mum having a gall bladder attack - she was in excrutiating pain - I hope that they take it out!! Hang in there....

Bird, remove the cyst yourself and post it on youtube! Look up "exploding cyst" and you'll get lots of tips on how to do it.

Wow, when I post things I don't meant to be so cryptic but that's how it comes out. :H I WENT to the bathroom and when I came back 2 people had posted. And no, I didn't have prostate cancer, but I DO suffer from ED. The end.
ATL, I got sick one with a house full of people and hid out in the bathroom. Next morning everyone asked what was wrong with me and why didn't I wake someone. Did it another time with a high fever and landed in the hospital for over a week. So quit trying to be strong and get yourself taken care of. Can I help you? I'm not that far away. When I had my gall bladder out a long time ago it was still a big surgery, but today they are SO much better at it and the downtime is much shorter. You'll feel better all round, and you can quit worrying about the 'what ifs'.
Nora, I don't even want to discuss hair! Haven't had mine done in months. (Don't say a word, Sun, MB!:H) I don't have much grey, but the color is just blah and I need a trim. I have my Daddy's hair; fine, thin, and it just sort of fades instead of greying. My sister's is thick and dark, but she's been greying since she was 35. Haven't had the time to find a new stylist. No one ever knows how to deal with mine.
Britt, best of luck to you with all this newness in your life! I'm so proud of how you picked yourself up and moved onward and upward. You're an inspiration to others who are struggling.
MB, maybe you can relax a bit now. Your inspections have been consistently brilliant, right? The honchos HAVE to be taking notice of all this. Do you know if they hold as many inspections at their other properties as they do yours? I know if I had someone as hardworking as you handling my miscreants I'd be over the moon! Sun, so sorry you're still feeling icky. You're right, when someone's sick it's always worse in the afternoon and evening, but I've never known why. I'd send you some chicken soup, but you'd only try to revive the chicken. Feel better.
Fen, you are not squirrel-persona non grata at the cabin. It's a squirrels paradise, and there's not a lot of competition there. We've had both snow and gone barefoot there in April. Can't wait to go back over to Anna Ruby/Unicoi for a cookout by the stream.

T, you worry bug, the work has been coming in lately, and I'm confident more will follow. Times are tough, right?
Tay was here yesterday complaining about how much gas and groceries cost. I said 'Yeah, and what if you had to buy formula and diapers, practically live in a pediatrician's office?' She rolled her eyes and said 'Never!' Her ex friend is now preggers, and that whole family is fighting and blaming everyone she's ever known. It's sad.
