Just got my ta-ta confirmation call-back. Locked in now. Having a daughter in charge there is both a blessing and a curse. She'll know and prod me!! Plus, my reg doc lives down the road from me, and I went to school with his nurse. My neurologist recognized me when I took MIL, chided me, and my tooth guy gave me his cell phone #. No, I'm not bragging, I'm COMPLAINING!!! How can I have this many people watching to keep me straight??? I didn't even TRY my med doc today (he lives here too). I'm not feeling lucky. I need to move to an area I'm not known in. But they would probably track me down. ((sigh)) Like Hubs says, I'm a nut magnet.
Hope Sun comes in soon to razz me like I've done her today. Out of one-liners now that I'm depressed over appointments. Again, all I can say is ICK! It's awful having someone you know probing your nether regions.sigpic

Went to the casino and won $16.34. Well, not really......I really won about $1.00. But, at least I came out ahead. Went with my brother & my Mom. Dad didn't want to go. Trying to get Mom out of the house since she never gets out. She just never wants to go anywhere.
This is one of her not remembering well days.
Couldn't really remember how to use the slot machine. Forgets things that we've talked about. We talked & talked about what we were going to have for dinner and all of a sudden she was in the kitchen fixing something else. Just breaks my heart.
I want to move up here so badly. There are just not many jobs right here in town. The ones that I've seen that I would be qualified for require medical terminology and or coding experience. I'm taking an online terminology class right now. Don't know if that will help or not. At least my brother does live up here and comes over several times a week. Takes my Dad out shopping and TRIES to get my Mom out.
Well - going to go try to help out in the kitchen again. She keeps kicking me out.

hey there folks .. well it was a great day and got alot things clean up and pu out for trash day but got one more day to really clean up this place ...really just getting rid of this and thats that i have collected over time and hey i also found my next porject just to clean up and re stain this old wood water ski.. really cool... but anyway the front of the yard looks great and getting and making room around my shop .. ... have awsome night one and all stay strong and keep shifting forward and thinking positve:beach: life does change as long as you are willing to change yourself ..

Mrs. Fen, my mom, and I went out to celebrate Mrs. Fen's birthday. We went to a very fancy restaurant, and I got through it without jonesing for wine! The food was amazing.

OH. MY. GOSH. Well Ruby et al - why don't you just tell the whole world about my nether regions? Where do I start? I actually had a good laugh when I read all the posts - but it was late and I had to get to bed - doing a clopen gets harder as I get older - I had five hours sleep which isn't enough for me!! But you all cracked me up - now everyone and God knows that we all need to get our female doctor appts!!!! :H:H
Rubes - way to go on getting your appts sorted out - gosh, you are going to be a busy little Ruby aren't you??
Fen - wonderful on being out and not worrying about the wine - I assume not jonesing means that??
Nora - so sorry about your mum - it must be really hard to watch her and see her like that - as rubes said, just enjoy your time with her and you won't regret it.... how are your ears doing? Are you getting them checked before you fly home? Sounds like you have been checking out jobs near your folks - 'put it out there' and something will turn up!
