Oh, you're a crack shot, huh?? :H I'll tell Tay and JC. The little thing acts normally, and YES, a butt and 2 extra feet stick out from it's butt. JC says he sees lots of strange things. Told him I need some egg producers next month, and he'll bring me some, hopefully healthy though. I guess with such a large crop of them the defective ones live to birth. I told him to take very good care of it, and bring me the others. Sure I'll find them homes. OH! Hubs will love having to build me the coops!!! But if he doesn't someone else will be paid to. But have to watch out for the bird, snake, skunk, possum, and raccoon predators.
He turned and snapped at me a bit ago over some business stuff, so he's again on probation. I will NOT respond to angry people, just to those who have questions they can voice resonably. Not perfect, but won't be fussed at unless I'm terrible! So now he's asking why I won't talk to him. DUH!!!!

Naw . my teeth feel great. I will bring the slingshot to Rubes. I have another one I made for the kids when they were little if I can find it.. I am tired and cant wait for bedtime which is 930. Honestly that whole video thing wiped me out and I am so glad just to have it up there, regardless of the outcome. I must have made 80 videos or more!!..Sun, I have been wanting a water bottle to warm my bed but could not find one...ended up with a heating pad which works wonders..did not tell the kids, need some things for myself eh?.......

Bird, your video is awesome. I like that you didn't have music along with it...your talent stands on it's own. All my friends said you're really good! Trust me, I am still working on getting it out there. :h

Feel sorry for the chickens. While I was up at my parents, my Dad told me that the animals were put on this earth to be eaten. That it's in the bible. I told him that's completely different from the way they are bred and butchered and just wasted these days. I mean seriously, walk thru a market and look at all that meat. How much of that is just thrown away? It could at least be given away while it's still good to people that are hungry. Ok - off my soapbox now.

Tired - couldn't sleep last night. ATL, it made me think of you. I just don't know how you do it. How are you sleeping now?

Nora and others who have asked about sleep-- I am still sleeping poorly if at all. This weekend I got an hour before I would wake and be up the rest of the night. Anyone who does not believe those studies showing there is a link between insomnia and weight gain I am living proof of them. I gained 4 pounds last week doing the same as I had been but going on very little sleep. As Ruby mentioned sleep is important for so many reasons. When I had my head injury I was prescribed lots of things to make me sleep and they totally screwed up my ability to sleep much on my own. And we are not talking ambien though that does not work at all for me (or more than a night or two)-- I was on restoril which is a benzo and pretty heavy duty. I had a horrid time coming off benzos-- I took them as prescribed but going off them was agony so I cannot get back into that again. I also tried several allegedly sedating antidepressants such as seroquel and trazadone and they did absolutely nothing. exercising does help some-- but when you are tired it is more difficult to do that-- that is one of those circular things. Anyway, I am sure I will work my way back to 4 hours a night but it may take awhile. The unpredictabilty of it is what is so difficult.

Seems like I just went to bed now I have to go to work. I dont know when I can get up to Rubes. Waiting on taxes so I can get tires and brakes. gotta check the kids schedule. One going to new orleans spring break whenever that is. Sun I have heating pad now but thank you for offer..that sucks about the sleeping Atl. I know it must be hard. Gotta get ready for work blah!

ATL - they used to use sleep deprivation as a torture form during the war so I just can't imagine what you are going through. I wish I had something to offer but all I can do is send you hugs :l:l and hope that you manage to find something to help you.

Nora - I actually have quite a busy day planned starting with a dental appt. I am picking up a friends dog - having a trial run to see if she will get on with my dogs for a day and a night as I have offered to watch her for four nights in March. Then I have some running round to do, plus Eldest is bringing grands over this evening. So much for relaxing! LOL I am hoping that Ben will get over the dog - when she came for a couple of hours, he forgot he was fixed and he REALLY liked her!!! ALL the time.

Morning Fen - hope the knee is improving daily - you sound as if you have a busy spring coming up.
