Sounds like you have quite the menagerie, too.

So hard about Leah. Especially with her leaving a little one behind. :h Poor little mite! No matter how much we're "prepared", it's always a bit of a shock. And in her case, as you said, nobody was expecting the end so quickly.

My knee is better than last week...I spent twenty minutes on the treadmill today, which is the best I've done since the injury. It still hurts, though. Is your back any better?

well hey there .. my dear friends .. well i have some great news one job just came in today and i start it to tomorrow just a 5 day job but it all bring in great money ..
ruby im glad you understand about the fan ... sunshine sorry for your lost ... andeveryone glad to hear everyone is hanging in there .. keep it going ..
and well im sorry too when things get this bad for me i clam up and sometimes its better if i just say nothing at times ..i have been givin so many promises from people and its all begun to look just a big let down ... and thats all i want to say at this point ..
but having everyone here putting and keep the thread going means so much for me to see and read ... just know ladies and gents i care for each and everyone of you as my dear friends and family ...and as for that i still find it so hard to ask for help just because it may be a manly thing with me at this point in time...
im going to be turning 45 on the 27 th of this month and i feel in some many ways that i havent hit what i truly want in life and with so many road blocks ...
it just seems to be not within the cards to reach ,,,
but ill keep on trucking and trying to do my best and thats all i can do in this time and days ...
but anyway enougt about me hoe everyone has an awsome hump day and just rememeber to look thur your eyes and see what an bigger picture what god your higher power my has instore for you and yours ...

Kell, I loved talking to you too. OH, I hope you can make it here. Yes, MB will be fodder for the fire in the Amish community!! TOO funny. She'll shock all the elders into heart failure!! :H It's SO good to see you. You know I love your sweet, gentle self, and if you can get here, we'll take chairs and sit in the stream, I'll provide the water shoes. So gentle and relaxing to listen and feel the water rushing by.
I just read an article about a person who has worked her way up to the Supreme Court in disputing the 'ethnic quota' law. Personally, I know how it has affected my family. I don't care WHO gets admission, promotion, etc., but it should be totally based on merit, not sex, race, or relegion. Though I don't believe illegal immigrants should have the same rights, as the word 'illegal' implies my reason. My thought is you should have an equal right in any system you pay into, but if you don't, why should others support you? Sorry, don't mean to start an argument, but just went through tax time again, and paid a fortune in school tax when I don't have kids in school in this county. So, again, sorry to bring up politics in this forum. If you have different ideas from mine, and want to post yours, I respect that, but won't argue it. Help IMHO should be based on true need, not bias.

Fen, I don't understand why the rooster and chicken don't make chickies....maybe Ruby would know. At one point we had 2 roosters and 3 chickens and no babies.....just lots of eggs! I'm glad your knee is feeling better...20 minutes on the treadmill is great in my book. I really wish I could walk even 5 minutes.....my back is better than it was, but the pain has moved, which I don't understand. It mostly hits me at night, so it's not as bad.

Roger-I can understand how you are feeling about the roadblocks and not hitting what you want in your life....BUT, here we are and we are making the most of what we have and doing everything we can to keep on going. We can't give up-people depend on us and isn't that what keeps us going? At least we can come here and share and know that we won't be judged and you know that you have so many true friends right here.
You have encouraged me so many times and I am very thankful for you-so just remember that!:h

VERY LONG DAY! House is mine again - except of course for my dogs and Hubs - but it is lovely and quiet!! I am going to get ready for bed and hit the hay early.

Lovely to see you Grateful and thanks everyone for the condolences for my Uncle. My aunt is doing okay ( I spoke with her on Skype) and is so pleased I am going to be visiting her - she said it will give her something to look forward to - aawww.
