                              Afternoon everyone I woke in the early hours bout 5am but got back to sleep from after 7 till 12.30 i was so tired from yesterday asi had a lot of walking around to do and a bad sleep the night before plus i bunged up again. Yeah oney a lot of sick kids and adults around still. Hope you have a nice chill day anon and wishing everyone a good saturday. Tabbers i know the feeling its the weekend and i'll still got those feelings of a few beers wine wud b nice but the morning after wud not feel so gud. Gud luck shedding the weight Mario i hav 2 lose at least a stone as some clothes won't fit properly.mg Molly:l:l:huggy welcome back so you were missed its great to hear you go so much from the rehab. Do you mind me asking which one did you go to? I know some people who have bin in a few some good or ok.:goodjob:
