i think we all have a few addictionsI love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

How am I? I feel brilliant, it was very intense and some days were just awful -- no other word for it, but usually followed by a great day once I had processed the previous day in my head. I never cried so much, but I also cried laughing so many times, I met fabulous people down there, quite a few I reckon will become ongoing friends -- I cried leaving -- happy to go home, but so sad to leave that place where I just felt I blossomed --- amazing!
Has it worked? I'll tell you that on my death bed hopefully 30 - 40 yrs down the line!
Did I miss you??? I'm going to be a bit sloppy now (don't worry I'll get over it!!) I really did, I missed every one of you, and at least 20 times a day I would think 'god I'd love to tell the crew in the Army that' --- the laughs, the wisdom, the 'eureka' moments. So yep I'm glad to be back with ye all:l
