Good morning Jan, Reccie, Tawny, Starty, Tips, Mario and everyone else to come
Be safe out there Mario. x
Lovely to see you Starts!:l
Jan-if things seem to be calming down a bit with Ollie that is brilliant! Maybe now could be the perfect moment to get into some serious family therapy. Kind of seize the moment while you are both feeling positive. From my own experience-it needs to be worked on but improvement can be obtained with the right kind of help ie. counseling.
And of course.....
MOLLY!!!! So happy to have you back!:lYou were missed hon!

Good morning Janners, Reccybear, Tippers, Starters, Marioooooo, Expatty, Mrs A and all those yet to drop by.
Well said, Tawny.
I might add it's all very well he's behaving himself because he's overheard phone calls and seen papers lying about but Jan, I hope you've got a load of professional help lined up to give you some much needed guidance. It could be worse, I could be filing.

Hello there Satz, hun.:l
Firstly brilliant to see that you're going give yourself today as an AF day.
Have you got any wine in the house, if so get rid of it.
Then have a good read through the toolbox.
https://www.mywayout.org/community/f1...box-27556.html
Now then a plan. Make it hour by hour if necessary. Clean the kitchen, bake a cake, pair all your shoes, play 8 million games of solitaire on the computer any thing rather than pick up that first drink.
Plenty of water and easy to prepare food. Get your feet up with a good but easy to read book.
Honestly you may not have the greatest nights sleep but you'll feel fecking fantastic on Monday morning. It could be worse, I could be filing.

I agree with Jackie Satz, try to stay close to here, post and get support, you WILL get thru the first night and the sense of achievement will be wonderful in the morning.
