Hiya Reccie, yeah a lot of new stuff to take onboard and its mad busy. The long drive doesnt help either but as usual I count my blessings, I will be able to pay the mortgage this month. You sound in good health.

I imagine there would be a lot to take on board tabs, but mad busy is good. It gives you job security and something to think about other than AL. There's nothing worse than going to work, and spending the whole day sitting idly twiddling your thumbs or browsing the web.

Yep very true Reccie, plus I know I cant drink, not that I want to you understand. I am dutied to manage workflows as well as deal direct with clients I dont know so a hangover in that situation would be a huge no no. And of course I have so much to lose.

HI gang,
not had chance to read all way back..will do so I can catch up..

at the mom I gotta have a quick shower, I got glue all over my hair...

had the EEG and the stuck the probes to my head....I did'nt realise how much of a mess it was till I gaot to the bus station..look really wierd..no wonder had lots of strange looks...:H:H

anyway gotta get an urgent appt with the nuerologist, as the appt I have is in september..the doc that did the test wouldn't tell me nothing just to get an urgent appt with the specialist...

oh well seems like somethings gone "Bazinga" (big bang) again....in my little nut..

Hi Jan, so glad you are posting. Jeeze I wouldnt fancy having even a small ailment if the waiting list was 8 months long. Hopefully you get your appointment and they can diagnose any changes early, that can be very important.

Yes Zen I would hope that is the case but drinking to excess is so ingrained here for every occasion its hard to see much changing. The Department of Health is our government body for health issues so the changes, if any, would come right from the top. Who knows it might happen, bear in mind we were the first country in the world to bring in a smoking ban and the first to impose a plastic bag tax, which has had great results.

well I think they will do it quick coz it's to do with my epilepsy..I have two leisons already in my frontal lobe, and they seem to think this might have caused another, but wouldn't tell me till I see the nuerologist..

so sorry I've been a shit bag to all...and tiggeroo was right.."bullshit"...I deserved the comment..

Water under the bridge now Jan, onwards and upwards eh. We all just want the best for you and your family and you are making happen. I know how hard the past few years have been for you but there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I once heard someone say 'if you cant see the light at the end of the tunnel then get down there and turn the bloody switch on yourself', sage advice I thought.
