No makes TOTAL sense to me. Nothing is an accident. You were drawn to clear out that drawer - to get closure . You were blaming yourself too by the sounds of it :l

Hi Panno. Here's my story - age 56 - female - still drinking - but have a plan. Telling the ladies this morning I'm going to meet this gym guy - tough - this fternoon. Hoping this is the turning pint for me. I am soooooooooo tired of feeling guilty / hungover / tired / unfit .
LAst glass of wine ever for me will be tonight. This is how I beat 20 cigs a day habit 6 years ago. Pick a point in time and stop.
Tomorrow is the start of my new life of being NORMAL

Afternoon everyone. You all sound so busy clearing out drawers gym visits etc. Its turned out a nice afternoon here mild and the sun came out. Going to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted in the local salon and then to lidl to do some shopping. I don't like the gym i prefer walking and dance type exercise. Salz you near my neck of the woods i think as i'm in Loughlinstown and live beside a gym but i tried a few times and its too boring for me. Good luck with your appointment Jan. Boredom is a big factoe with me i think also specially the evenings. I'm trying to get back in to reading again and doin the odd crossword. Planning on going back to AA meetings also to get me out. Molly will you be going back to work at the library at some stage? I better go and dry my hair be back this evening.

No I live and work in Leixlip , Kidare. I am prepared to make the journey and take the pain to be rid of this 'no life' I'm living t present. The hours after work I used to drink out of boredom will now be spend driving to gym and working out . Wish me luck !!!!

Slipped me chains in the kitchen and having a break. What better place than here.

Honestly Satz, you sound like a woman on a mission.

Good to see you Jan, thanks for keeping us up to date.

I must go and get my eyebrows done, they're stating to look like caterpillars on something terribly illegal.

Total sense here as well, Molls, me lovely.

Ooooooooh where we going on hollingdays then, Pinky.
