It's fairly continuous zens. I think it's bruising on the soles caused by the Sauconys, though there's no visible colour change. It's most painful immediately after I get to my feet or at the beginning of a walk, which is consistent with bruising. The only thing I can think of doing is taking it easy until things improve. I've also been considering swimming as a way of getting some exercise in the meantime. Got some swimming trunks ordered online today.

Oh yesssssssssssssss, I've had me cup of coffee. Nectar it was I tells ya.

It was pretty quiet today. 3 crosswords, 2 coffees and one ciggie break and basically just having a bit of craic with the clients.
This IBA thingy seems to be taking off and they're get a lot of referrals from various agencies.

                            Don't worry, neither do I.

oooh look what I found, might read it meself.

Over nine million people in England could benefit from brief advice

The initial assessment only takes 5-20 minutes to do. There's absolutely no pressure on the client to take the advise but if they do they'll get the help they need.

I've done 3 practice ones. One didn't need any help, one is capable of cutting down and the 3rd needs medical help to de-tox (but that get's referred toot fecking sweet to the big bosses).

Did you ever have to do your case study? i.e. pounce on an unsuspecting drunk at closing time?
I can be found drumming up business in the booze aisle at friggintesco most Saturday mornings.

Do you know Molls, I don't think I'd want to. I prefer the sitting around with the clients having a bit of an informal natter rather than professionalizing the relationship.
