It doesn't say on the bottle or the the website how much of it I'm supposed to take.

Does anyone know?

Speaking of does anyone know.......CV1 used to be a great source on such subjects but I see she hasn't posted since October. What happened to CV1? Anyone know?

Try walking all around the house looking for the car keys, only to dicover you've had them in your hand the whole time.... Now that's Duh!

At least you have the excuse that suppliment bottles have a whole lotta teeny tiny print, and the directions can easily be missed

GABA is usually once a day. I take mine in the late afternoon/early evening, because it is relaxing. Don't worry, I walk around looking for my glasses, and they're on my head, FORGET finding my car keys.....

Not as retarted as this..... once I was frantically looking for my 15 month-old son as we were in a hurry trying to get out the door, and I'm dashing all around the downstairs looking in every room. My (then 9 y/o )daughter finally piped up and said, "Mom.... you are holding him!" DUUUUUUUHHHHH. Talk about stressed out dumb blonde from the south. Can it get any worse than that?
