    Army Thread 9th February

I still have a rotary clothesline in the back garden i prefer to hang clothes out as much as possible. I'm careful what i put in ther dryer the odd time i use as some clothes will shrink or get ruined from it. I can't afford to shrink anything either my clthes are tight enough and new ones or bigger size is out of the question.

Mr. Stirly was amazed the first time I hung the clothes out in the winter and his jeans froze. I brought them inside and set them on the floor. He was gobsmacked that they were "standing up" by themselves. :H:H Course that's not all that froze in those fecking frigid winters we used to get in Canada.

Lovely picture JC. That shade of green suits you. And you have a lovely er, um, bodice.

I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

That is a very cunning plan Mollers. Give it a try, Mrs. A.:H

Hewwo right back at you, JC. Actually, I love the smell of line-dried clothes. Few people in Greece have dryers except for the wealthy who probably don't want lines of clothing decorating their posh grounds. And I always loved hanging the clothes out. Still remember the wooden pegs my Mom had when I was little. And the wringer washer as well that pulled my arm in up to the elbow one time. Ouch!!:upset:
