it's been snowing gently and continuously overnight, so there's a blanket of snow on the ground this morning. It might be best to stay under the other type of blanket today, if you can.

Good morning Reccie, Tips, Starty and everyone else to come
Just having my first cup of coffee and trying to wake up.
Jan-I hope you finally find a solution for you and Ollie. He's still young enough to get help-you really shouldn't wait another day. If after last night (the large knife incident) the authorities don't take your situation as an emergency....I just find it incredible that something was not done immediately after you called 999. You and Ollie are in my thoughts and prayers.:l
Inchy-I keep missing you! I hope you are feeling better today. x
And yes! It's still freezing here too. These last days, when we get home from work and school-we all hang out in the living room under the duvet watching telly , reading, doing homework or playing. Makes it hard for me to get onto MWO! But I'm enjoying the kids and it's easier to heat up the one room nice and cosy. Cheaper that way too! I do miss having a fireplace.
No work for me today! But I do have to leave the house to bring my son to school. I'm going to try and get some paper work done today and a bit of tidying. And some "me time" before the weekend.

Reccie, delighted to see you cracking through the 30.
Tips, I am starting to love the friday feeling again.
Starty, I wonder if someone was searching the interweb thingy for dogging would your name pop up :H
Expat, your week sounds lovely, you know thats the kind of things that make kids memories years down the line :l
Now then I have been doing some thinking about acceptance and gratitude and will be back soon with my thoughts, (oh no I hear a collective groan) Not sure when though as I have a couple of jobs on to finish and am meeting a client tonight and another tomorrow morning. Would be nice to get paid too as this wages lark only happens at the end of the month :upset:

Stiff and sore here, just shows ya how unfit I really am!

Jan, I don't know what to say to you. How bad does it have to get? Someone coild have been seriously hurt or worse last night, you are going to have to let them take Ollie, even for a little while, otherwise I cringe to think what will happen.
