I start at my house and go down and turn at the Harvest, continue up to the Church, onto the big ring road, up past Arro, keep on going to the big roundabout and past Millfiels and home, checked it in the car yes and it is exactly 3 miles so I was thinking of turning left at the graveyard and going down by chapel gate and turning dowm by the police station , past Supervalu and home, that would be 4 miles.
I have been so lazy since I got the car and I will be damned if I am gonna get fat....ha ha, I need to nip it in thew bub before I turn into a little barrel. I know I am only 7.5 stone but I am 4 foot 10 and I really have put a lot of weight around my middle, I am hoping I can still eat what I want and exercise it off."It's not your job to like me, it's mine!"

Good morning army. Well done mrs A for not caving in to wine ?30 a bottle? i would have got 4 of my usual plonk for that :H must be tough with hubby having a few but i've been in situations where people were drinking and i was strong enough not to wish i was always like that:sigh:. Just having my first :cupajoe:. Going out to Bray later mainly to have a look around bargain town still looking for wood flooring just checking around a few places. Another dull misty day here with more rain on the way but mild tempetures of just 8 to 11c. Heres to a nice friday for us all.

Well done on your walking oney i have to get a proper exercise plan in place as i have a lot of weight around the middle too and clothes not fitting right. I wud luv an exercise bike too but no room in my house and little storage so have to start with more walking. My knees are too weak for running but i can power walk.

Hi Oney and Foxy. Not too cold here either +1 so Chiropodist, run, and then massage.
I got an email to tell me that I am ranked 3rd in the UK for the half marathon (in my age group) That should keep me focussed.
Oney you should only increase the length of your walk by 10 minutes a week or you risk an injury.
Good luck with the flooring Foxy.
Molly it was exercise that helped me the most keeping sober--BUT I still have my demons so I think the advice you got was correct.
Off to clean my teeth. Back later!

Probably better for the knees than running anyway.
I have a flat tummy now for the first time since I was 21:new:

Good morning Reccybear, Tippers, Starteroo, Expatty, KTabbers, Our Whizzy, Oney, Mollers, Fireyfoxy and all those yet to drop by.
Reading back on last night. It's one thing trashing his room but waving knives around is a totally different kettle of fish.
It's so very hard to say this but it's time to let go,Jan. For both your sakes. It could be worse, I could be filing.

Take about a mammoth X-post.
Morning Pinkeroo and Pannoo.
The drinking in the house thing. Mr JC has a few when we have a bit of a do but never bothers the rest of the time. It was always me who thought it was a good idea to have a 'nice' bottle of wine with our meal every night and he just went along with it. He would have one and I would have the rest of it plus the other one tucked away in case we 'ran out'.It could be worse, I could be filing.

Mr P never bothers one bit when I have a bottle, he really has got it this time, so working on the mind obviously must workLearn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.
