Evening folks, just sticking my beak in and out in between adding ladles of hot stock to the risotto I have on the stove. I am liking the serious conversation tonight. Wrote a loooong post today about acceptance and gratitude but havent finished it yet, just my ramblings I suppose.

Meditation was so good I nodded off.

Just read back very interesting stuff written.

Totally agree about not being sociable. I had to put on a real act as a Midwife and it worked well when I was working.
