Some days I am a confidant, athletic swimmer but, some days I'm waterlogged.

As always such a poignant post. You are so right on with that analogy.

Most days I am surfing the waves with Waves 2 but sometimes I feel I am in the deep end wearing down as if I had been treading water there for 2 hours. Whew!

I would like to throw Matthew McConaughey's name in the hat for those particular days!

Coming from someone that truly only knows how to tread water....I am happy to say to you all I am at the deep end and havin lots of fun.
7 plus months AF....if I can do it you all can too.

Great analogy.

I also think that everyone has their place here in a complex kind of way. Where I cant help someone with an idea or a plan.. someone else who is closer by may be able to assist better.

Funny cos I dont think I"m at the deep end.. because I still resist the notion of a destination.. to me the pool is kind of neverending!!! I venture into various parts of the pool as my skills and abilities allow me and there are parts of the pool that I didnt know existed when I started out on this journey.

Fan - great analogy. I've been lurking the last couple of weeks, thinking, why bother posting. I'd just be printing the same old sh*t and everybody has to be sick of my whining. I know what to do - if I'm not going to do it, I might as well shut up.

When I decided to dive in, everyone was so helpful, that I got through the first day. Then I wanted to help everyone who reached out. The more we swim, the stronger we get. Plus, what better way is there to get outside of your own crap than to help someone else with theirs.

I love this thread.
